જેમાં  અધુરી માહિતી ભરીને  પોઈન્ટ નંબર ૩૧ માં "Yes " કરવું અને પોઈન્ટ નંબર ૩૨ માં રીપીટર સિલેક્ટ કરવું અને ટકાવારી માં ઝીરો કરવું.

બાલવાટિકામાં પ્રવેશ પામેલ બાળકોના નામાંકનની નોંધણી શાળાના સામાન્ય વયપત્રક (General Register)માં તથા સમગ્ર શિક્ષા સંચાલિત CTS (ચાઇલ્ડ ટ્રેકિંગ સીસ્ટમ)માં કરવાની રહેશે.

Child Tracking System બાબતનું સર્વ શિક્ષા અભિયાન મિશનની મુળ નોટીફિકેશનથી ધોરણ-૧ થી ૧૨ માં અભ્યાસ કરતા તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે આધાર અનેબલ ડાયસ અંતર્ગત શાળા કક્ષાએ કરવાની કામગીરી નિયત કરવામાં આવેલ જે નોટીફિકેશન નીચે મુજબની લિંક પરથી ડાઉનલોડ કરો.

ઉપર ની તારીખ મુજબનાં બાળકો ની બાલ વાટિકામાં એન્ટ્રી કરી શકાશે

ધોરણ-1 માટે નીચેની દર્શાવેલી તારીખ મુજબનાં બાળકો દાખલ થશે.
